π Learning Connector Words for Grade 1
Hello young learners and educators! Today, we're going to explore some special words that help us connect our thoughts and sentences: 'also', 'and', and 'too'. These words are like little bridges that make our sentences flow smoothly and help us add more information without starting a brand new sentence every time!
Think of 'and' as a word that joins two similar things or ideas together. For example, "I like apples and bananas."π 'Also' and 'too' are used when you want to say "in addition" or "as well." For instance, "I like to play outside. I also like to read books." π Or, "My friend likes ice cream. I like ice cream too!"π¦ Using these words makes your speaking and writing much clearer and more interesting!
