📚 Topic Summary
Staying on topic in your writing means that all your sentences are about the same idea. When you write, imagine you're having a conversation. You wouldn't suddenly start talking about pizza if you were talking about your dog, right? It's the same with writing! Keep your sentences focused on the main idea so your reader understands what you're trying to say.
For example, if you're writing about your favorite toy, stick to talking about that toy. Don't start talking about your favorite food or a movie you saw. This helps your reader follow your thoughts easily and makes your writing much better! Keeping a singular focus makes your ideas much clearer.
