๐ Quick Study Guide: Subject-Verb Agreement for Grade 3
- ๐ฏ What is it? Subject-verb agreement means your subject (who or what the sentence is about) and your verb (the action word) must match!
- ๐ค Singular Subjects: If your subject is *one* person, place, thing, or idea (e.g., *he, she, it, a dog, the girl*), your verb usually needs an 's' at the end.

- ๐ฅ Plural Subjects: If your subject is *more than one* person, place, thing, or idea (e.g., *they, we, dogs, the girls*), your verb usually does NOT need an 's'.
- ๐ Example: The dogs run fast. (Dogs are plural, run is plural)
- ๐ง Tricky Ones (I & You):
- ๐โโ๏ธ Even though 'I' is singular, it takes a plural verb form: I run, I eat.
