Hey! So, I'm trying to bake more at home, but ever since I moved to Colorado, my cakes just aren't turning out right. They sink, or they're dry! My friend told me it might have something to do with the boiling point of water being different up here. Is that really a thing? And if so, how does it affect cooking?
