Sabayon vs. Zabaglione: What's the Difference?
Hey everyone! 👋 So, I was in a cooking class the other day, and the chef kept mentioning 'Sabayon' and 'Zabaglione' almost interchangeably, but then hinted they weren't *quite* the same. It totally confused me! Are they just different names for the same thing, or is there a real difference? I'm trying to figure out if I can use them interchangeably in recipes or if I need to be super precise. Any culinary pros out there who can clear this up for a confused student? 🍳
