Hey everyone! ๐ Learning about health can be a little confusing sometimes. My teacher keeps talking about the 'three dimensions of health' and I'm not totally sure what she means. ๐ค Can someone explain it to me in a way a sixth-grader can understand?

Imagine your health as a triangle. Each side represents a different, but equally important, part of you. These parts work together to keep you healthy and happy. These are the three dimensions of health: Physical, Mental/Emotional, and Social.
๐ช Physical Health
This is all about your body and how well it functions. It includes things like:
- ๐ Nutrition: Eating healthy foods to fuel your body.
- ๐ Exercise: Getting regular physical activity to stay strong and fit.
- ๐ด Sleep: Getting enough rest so your body can repair itself.
- ๐ฟ Hygiene: Keeping yourself clean to prevent illness.
๐ง Mental/Emotional Health
This is about your thoughts, feelings, and how you cope with stress. It includes:
- ๐ Self-Esteem: Feeling good about yourself and your abilities.
- ๐ Emotional Awareness: Understanding and managing your emotions in a healthy way.
